Please make sure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging for the exchange to be approved.
Always mention your Order Number when contacting us — this helps us process your request faster.
If it’s our mistake, our team will arrange the pickup and send the correct parcel right away.
If it’s a change by your choice, you can send the product back, and we’ll process your new item once we receive it.

You have the right to return your parcel — but certain conditions apply.
Since lingerie is a hygiene-sensitive product, please make sure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us on WhatsApp with your Order Number and a picture of the parcel.
Our team will review your request within 3–4 hours and guide you through the process.
If the return is due to a mistake from our side, we’ll handle the courier charges.
For customer-initiated returns, courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Your first return is completely free of delivery deduction, but from the second return onward, courier costs will apply.
